Word Rush Master is a mobile game where players must form as many words as possible from a set of given letters. The application is free to play and contains advertisements. A one-time in-app purchase allows users to remove ads for a more enjoyable experience.
In-App Purchase
- Word Rush Master offers a one-time in-app purchase to remove advertisements from the game. - The purchase is processed through your Apple ID account, and once confirmed, the payment will be charged. - This purchase is linked to the Apple ID used at the time of purchase. For any refund requests, please contact Apple.
Advertisements
- The free version of Word Rush Master displays ads to support the development of the game. - A one-time in-app purchase is available to remove all ads permanently.
User Rights and Responsibilities
- You agree to use the Application in accordance with the law and these Terms. - You must not attempt to compromise the security or proper functioning of the Application. - You are responsible for the information you provide in the Application.
Intellectual Property
All elements of the Word Rush Master game, including but not limited to texts, images, logos, sounds, and gameplay mechanics, are the exclusive property of Prismatic or its partners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or adaptation of all or part of the elements of the Game, by any means or process, is prohibited without the prior written permission of Prismatic.

Limitation of Liability

Modification of Terms
Prismatic reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. You will be informed of these changes via the Application or by email. Continuing to use the Application after notification of changes implies acceptance of the new Terms.
Termination
Prismatic reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application in case of non-compliance with these Terms.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of disputes, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
